Cancellation Policy

Mobile Bar Service Policy 1. Booking and Reservations: Clients must book our mobile bar service in advance to ensure availability. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to the event. 2. Event Details: Clients must provide accurate event details including date, time, location, expected number of guests, and any specific requirements. Any changes to the event details must be communicated to us at least 72 hours prior to the event. 3. Services Provided: Our mobile bar service includes professional bartenders, a selection of beverages, bar equipment, and setup and breakdown of the bar area. Additional services such as customized cocktails or specialty drink menus are available upon request for an extra fee. 4. Alcohol and Licensing: Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required for serving alcohol at their event. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or underage. 5. Payment and Cancellation: A non-refundable 25% of total deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit. 6. Liability and Insurance: Our mobile bar service carries liability insurance, and our staff are trained in responsible alcohol service. Clients are responsible for any damages to the mobile bar setup or equipment caused by their guests. 7. Equipment and Setup: Clients must provide adequate space and access for our mobile bar setup. Any specific setup requirements should be communicated in advance. 8. Health and Safety: We adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices and food handling procedures. Clients are responsible for providing a safe environment for our staff to work in. 9. Communication: We strive to maintain clear and open communication with our clients throughout the planning process. Clients can contact us via phone or email with any questions or concerns. 10. Agreement: By booking our mobile bar service, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This policy is subject to change at any time, and clients will be notified of any updates.
